Prompt-Page Mapper
For each tracked prompt, which page should be capturing it
Open the page in the appThe idea
Knowing that a prompt escapes you is useless until you know what to write. This page matches each of your tracked prompts against the URLs the engines actually cite, and turns that into a status, a priority and an action. It is a roadmap, not yet another dashboard.
The five statuses
- Captured on your site: the brand is cited and one of your own pages is the source. Nothing to create — at most something to reinforce.
- Captured via third parties: you are cited, but through a review site, a forum or a media outlet. The citation is not yours: a dedicated page on your site takes the topic back.
- Cited without URL: your name shows up, but the engine attaches no source. What is missing is a citable page — structured, with concrete data.
- Missed (opportunities): the engines answer, but without you. This is where the high-value work sits.
- Not scanned yet: no reading for that prompt; run a scan before concluding anything.
Priority and intent
- Each card carries a priority — Urgent, To do or Optional — and the list is sorted in that order: the top of the page is your work queue.
- The prompt's intent is detected from its wording: transactional, comparison, tutorial, definitional, warning, local or informational. It dictates the format of the page to write, not just its topic.
- Pages already cited are listed under the card — yours first, then the third-party pages capturing the prompt in your place.
Turning it into action
- Create a PivotSEO brief opens the content workshop with the prompt already filled in as the target keyword.
- Audit the existing page points to the GEO audit when one of your pages is already cited: fixing often beats rewriting.
- Run an AI scan appears on prompts that have no data yet.
Filtering the list
The five counter cards double as filters, and the page opens by default on Missed (opportunities), where there is most to gain. The All button restores the full list, and the search box filters on the prompt's text.
Tip :Start with Captured via third parties: the topic is already validated by the engines, all you are missing is the page. It converts faster than a prompt you are missing outright.
