Share a Project and Manage Roles

Share in 30 seconds

Settings → 'Share this project' (owner only): enter an email and pick a role. No account yet? An invitation is sent automatically. Sharing is bidirectional — your users can share their projects with you too.

The three roles

• Viewer: sees everything, can't modify or launch anything, and no paid action (Refresh, Run analysis, Generate the AI analysis…): those buttons show « Reserved for editors ».
• Editor: works on the project (keywords, prompts, scans, briefs…) but can't delete it, touch Google/Bing connections or keys, or manage sharing.
• Owner: everything — and the last owner of a project can never be removed.

Plan limits

Collaborators per project depend on the sharing owner's plan: Starter 1 · Pro 3 · Enterprise 10. Received projects show '— shared (view/edit)' in your project selector.
