Google reviews: AI analysis, priority queue and replies

Understand, prioritize and reply to your reviews straight from PivotSEO

Open the page in the app

Two levels depending on the connection

Without a connected listing, the tab shows the public reviews fetched by DataForSEO (the most recent ones only). With the connected Google listing (see the Google Business Profile article), PivotSEO fetches all reviews through the official API, archives them without limit and enables the intelligence blocks described below.

The same figures everywhere

The number of reviews and the rating are read on your current Google listing: the Reviews tab, local presence and local competitors show the same values. Reviews removed from Google are not counted.

Review health

  • Average rating and trend, new reviews per month, share of negative reviews.
  • Reply rate and median reply delay (a long delay signals a neglected listing).
  • Alerts: negative review unanswered for more than 48 h, rating drop, slowing review pace.

Semantic AI analysis

  • Recurring themes (quality, delays, price, welcome…) with sentiment, weight and review excerpts.
  • Correction indicators: what customers complain about, ranked by priority, with the proposed correction plan.
  • The analysis covers all archived reviews, not just the latest ones. The number of analyzed reviews is shown under the title; on error, a Retry button relaunches the analysis.

Priority queue and replies

  • Reviews to handle first: recent unanswered negatives, then recent unanswered positives.
  • Draft generates an AI reply (tone adapted to the rating and content), editable in the text area.
  • Publish on Google posts the reply on your listing after a confirmation. Edit and Remove from Google manage an already published reply.
  • Restricted to the project's Owner and Editor roles; a Viewer sees drafts but cannot publish.
  • Every publication is synced into the PivotSEO archive and visible in the review list.

What your competitors' customers say

Pick a competitor from the project list, or Other name… to type a business name or paste a Google Maps link (share links accepted). The analysis fetches the competitor's public reviews via DataForSEO (a few minutes), then the AI summarizes its strengths, weaknesses, recurring themes and the angles to use against it. Analyses stay available in the selector.

Customer vocabulary

The real words your customers use in reviews, to reuse in the listing description, local pages and content. The Content button sends a term to the content queue.

Warning :A published reply is publicly visible on Google immediately. Proofread the AI draft before confirming: it can be edited or removed afterwards, but customers may already have seen it.
Tip :GEO review impact: AI engines (especially Gemini, which pulls from Google Maps) heavily weight average rating, review count and the presence of replies. Going from 4.2 to 4.5 stars with 50 more reviews can significantly improve local AI visibility.
