The Google listing shows nothing, or incomplete data

No listing offered in Settings

• The « Manage your Google Business Profile listings » permission was not granted: click Reconnect Google and accept it.
• The connected Google account is neither an owner nor a manager of the listing: add it as a manager in Google Business Profile, or reconnect the right account.
• PivotSEO's Business Profile APIs are approved by Google; nothing is required on your side in Google Cloud.

The latest days are missing from the charts

This is expected: Google publishes listing statistics with about a 6-day delay. PivotSEO stops at the last published day to avoid showing false zeros.

Searches show an older month than the period

Google provides the searches that surfaced the listing per complete month, with about a three-week delay. PivotSEO uses the latest available month and says so under the title. Months accumulate in the archive with each Sunday scan.

Reviews are missing or the AI analysis counts fewer reviews

• Right after connecting, only the first fetch is available; the archive completes at every weekly scan (Sunday) or when you relaunch a scan.
• The semantic analysis covers reviews with text: ratings without a comment count towards health but are not analyzed.
• A review deleted by its author stays in the PivotSEO archive, flagged as gone.

Cannot publish a reply

Publishing is restricted to the project's Owner and Editor roles, and requires the connected Google account to be an owner or manager of the listing. Check your role under Team and the permission under Settings.
