Chrome « Dangerous site » warning during OAuth

Cause

Chrome Safe Browsing automatically classifies some domains as suspicious, particularly recent domains, low-traffic or that haven't undergone complete Google OAuth verification. This has nothing to do with real malware.

Immediate workaround

• On warning page, click Details (small link at bottom).
• Then click Visit site (not secure).
• This action is local to your browser and temporary.
• Once OAuth connection completed, warning shouldn't reappear on app pages themselves.

Permanent solution

To definitively make the warning disappear, PivotSEO must pass Google OAuth verification (2-6 week process). See internal GUIDE_OAUTH_VERIFICATION.md guide for complete checklist: public privacy policy, terms of service, YouTube demo video, authorized domains, etc.
