Custom Reports: Sections, Templates and Design

The client deliverable: 26 sections, AI commentary, white-label, PDF

Compose a report

Pick from about thirty sections across 5 categories: GEO (score, mentions, share of voice, AI traffic, clicks vs AI Overviews, recommendation vs citation, Reddit, YouTube, entity…), SEO, Analytics (GSC, GA4, Bing), Local and Others (recommendations, AI crawler access, content pipeline…).

Local category

Five sections for local businesses: Google Business Profile Performance (impressions, actions, variation vs previous period), Searches That Surfaced the Listing (brand / competitor / service, top queries), Google Reviews (rating, volume, replies, themes), Google Listing Checklist and Local SEO (Listings and NAP). The first four require a Google listing connected to the project; a report limited to the Local category is perfectly valid.

Tip :Manually generated reports appear in the project's report list; « Report history » only lists scheduled automatic reports.

Saved templates

Name your selection ('Monthly client report', 'Initial audit'…) and reapply it in one click — no more re-ticking 15 boxes every month.

AI commentary and language

  • Each section can carry an AI-generated analyst commentary, in the tone of your choice: professional, positive, critical or executive.
  • Report in French or in English.

AI analyses of the period

  • The AI analyses of the period section reuses the AI analyses already generated on the statistics pages: summary, highlights, concerns, actions and key figures. Choose the pages to include.
  • For each page: the analysis of the report's exact period, otherwise the closest one with its dates, otherwise « No analysis generated for this period ».
  • Building the report generates no analysis. The Generate the missing analyses (N) button does it when you ask, with the estimated cost shown beforehand.
  • The executive summary then adds a What the AI analysis says paragraph.
Tip :All the details (automatic report, weekly email, shareable link) are in the AI analysis of the period article.

Design and PDF

Brand-colored cover (white-label: client logo + color), table of contents, numbered sections, KPI tiles, analysis callouts. The rendering is print-optimized: Print → Save as PDF produces an exact-color document with no section cut between two pages.

Tip :With white-label configured, the report becomes YOUR branded deliverable — the one the client keeps and shows around.
