White-label: put reports under your own brand

Logo, name, colour and footer of the client deliverable

Open the page in the app

Project management → White-label decides how the documents your client receives look. The settings belong to each project: an agency can deliver a report under its own brand for one client, and under the client's brand for another. To the right of the form, the Report preview updates as you type, with a mock header, score block and footer.

The six settings

  • Company name: the name printed at the top of the report, in place of the project's.
  • Logo URL: the public address of an image, not an upload. If the image fails to load, the preview silently hides it — always check it displays before sending a report.
  • Primary colour: the colour of the report header and headings (#2563eb blue by default). Colour picker or hex code, your choice.
  • Accent colour: #10b981 green by default.
  • Report footer: one line of free text, typically your legal notice or agency address.
  • Show 'Powered by PivotSEO': the switch that removes the tool's mention at the bottom of the report.

Where these settings apply

  • The white-label report generated from the Reports page.
  • Custom reports, when the 'Apply branding' box is ticked at generation time.
  • The shareable report link handed to the client: the public page picks up the name, the logo, the primary colour and the footer.

Worth knowing before you promise anything

  • Nothing is stored until you click Save: the preview updates, the database does not.
  • The accent colour shows in this page's preview, but the report generators only use the primary colour. Do not promise it in a deliverable.
  • Client reports are included from the Pro plan: without it the settings save fine, but no report is generated.
Warning :The logo must stay reachable online. A file hosted on an intranet, behind a password, or deleted later will leave a hole in every report already sent.

Why it matters in a mandate

A branded report changes the nature of what you deliver: the client receives their agency's work, not the export of a tool they could buy themselves. Set it once per project, when you create it, and never come back to it.

Tip :The content of the report — sections, AI commentary, reusable templates — is set elsewhere: see the Custom Reports: Sections, Templates and Design article.
