Two keyword counts

The monthly history and the ranked keywords list use the same country market, shown on the page.
The two counts differ, and that is expected: the history counts every keyword of the month, the list only shows the first 200. A caption under each block says so, and a warning appears if the two markets don't match.
Country names show in the interface language.
